The tin contains 50 mints in the wintergreen flavor. Altoids have a reputation of being a strong flavored mint and this carries over to the smaller size version also. These mints pack a nice portion of flavor for the size. The wintergreen flavor comes from both natural and artificial flavorings. | | | Features: | |
• Pack of nine, 0.37-ounce tins (total of 3.33-ounces)
• Sugar free
• Delightful bit of tasty freshness

I like these better than the regular Altoids, but they're even more costly, so you'd better like them.

Great!Aug 29, 2011
By Kurt A. Johnson The first original curiously strong mints date all the way back to 1780, when they were created by the London-based company Smith & Company - their charter was signed by King George III! In the nineteenth century, Smith & Company was purchased by Callard & Bowser, Inc., and in the twentieth century Callard & Bowser was acquired by the American firm Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company. But, through it all, Altoids have survived, a never-ending tradition of excellence!
OK, I must admit that I have long been a fan of the original "Curiously Strong Peppermints." But, I must say that they have made a good product even better. Unlike the original mints, these little mints are 100 sugar-free, but they still have that great, curiously strong taste. They come 50 to a small box that fits neatly into your pocket or purse, and can be whipped out for a quick breath sweetening. As a matter of fact, I keep a tin of these on my desk at work for that very purpose!
So, if you want a really good breath mint, then I recommend that you get a tin of Altoids Smalls Peppermint. I think that they are great!

Altoids Smalls-WintergreenMay 17, 2010
By i<3pnutbutter Pros:
+packaging, shipping, price
+sold about a year before its expiration date (enough for me to eat/share 9 boxes)
+not too "fresh" like the regular wintergreen and not in a powdery form. it's a real mint!
Cons: none!
